This privacy policy explains what personal data Atlas IRM collects from visitors to atlasirm.com, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. This is a placeholder draft prepared for legal review before launch.

1. Data we collect

  • Information you give us through the contact form (name, work email, company, role, country, message).
  • Information collected automatically by privacy-first analytics (aggregate page views, referrers, country). No personal identifiers stored.
  • Cookies set by the booking widget on /contact when you grant functional consent.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and arrange a conversation.
  • To improve the site and our outreach to organisations like yours.
  • We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to inquiries) and consent (functional and analytics cookies).

4. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Write to privacy@atlasirm.com.

5. Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as they are useful to the conversation, and no longer than 36 months without further consent.

Atlas IRM is the trade name of the operating entity. The registered legal entity behind this site will be named in fine print here once counsel signs off (see brief §7.9).
